Design, Simulation, Characterization, and Circuit Design Research Team (DSC) is a part of Thai Microelectronics Center (TMEC). The main activities of the research team include;
- Research and development of process technology and semiconductor devices such as sensors based on TMEC’s Cleanroom Facilities and Process Equipment.
- Research and development of integrated circuits for application as sensor interfacing circuit e.g. chemical- and bio-sensor readout IC
- Research and development of device model for simulation of microelectronics device
- Research and development of the system, equipment, and method for test and characterization of microelectronics devices and MEMS
