ABSTRACT -- In this paper, we apply inclusion scheduling to estimate resource bounds in architectural synthesis for VLSI systems. The inclusion scheduling algorithm takes an application which may consist of imprecise information and generates a good schedule on average. The framework for resource estimation considers the design goal, and first creates the initial bound. Then inclusion scheduling is used as a tool to adjust the bound while considering imprecise information.
