ABSTRACT -- In this paper, we present a novel computerized news-clipping system for government agencies, that provides electronic news related to each agency for more effective internal use. Specifically, we have designed web-based system that allows a large number of users to conveniently and concurrently read and/or post news from anywhere via a user-friendly interface. Moreover, we have applied Relational DataBase Management System (RDBMS) with authentication and authorization technology to provide effective news management and better security.
