ABSTRACT -- As growing of the Internet use, a lot of information is gradually published. The Internet is a big pool of information and a lot of information are posted in English. The language barrier causes difficulties for most of the Thai people to understand the information written in English. In this paper, we propose an English-Thai Machine Translation system through the Internet called ParSit. ParSit translates any English web pages into Thai by keeping the original layout. With the help of ParSit, Thai speakers will be able to increase their chances in obtaining the huge information scattering over the Internet. ParSit is developed based on the technology from NEC Corporation, Japan.
