ABSTRACT -- Most enterprises have to face many problems about information systems that lack most efficiency and most benefit. Those are because of lack of planning, so there is no strategy for operating, and the staffs do not know what they should do and what technology should be brought to use. This article will address how to make a strategic plan, including all processes that should be studied, and how to gather data from current environment.
