ABSTRACT -- In the present, the management of database has been used worldwide in order to increase the performance of system. In the hospital, there were many systems to manage the data and separated to each other. Dealing with the patients, it is required to call the data of individual patient from each department to analyse. Therefore, integrating all the systems that contain their own databases is necessary. This would make life more easier and convenient to manage the data. The systems are also independent and can apply their own management. Finally, integrating all systems allows the user to use other system's data and assist the high performance in manage the organisation.
