ABSTRACT -- Presently, due to the progress of the conduct of using information technology in biomedicine, the medical treatment may need electronic data transmission via the computer network such as the transmission of data to the experts or tools for data analysis. Data tracking is help to increase the reliability of system security. This paper presents design and implementation of MediTracker, the Medical Imaging data tracking and observing software, which is developed with Distributed Object-Based Technology, including end-to-end function and Asynchronous Completion Token Design Pattern for improving data tracking performance. Also the design is following medical imaging standard data encoding, DICOM.
